Our Story

Founded in 2020, The Shakedown began as a passion project between two nutritionists who believed healthy food should be as delicious as it is nourishing.

We source only the freshest organic ingredients and combine them in innovative ways to create superfood-packed smoothies and bowls that fuel your body and delight your taste buds.
